Order Cancellation & Return Policy.
- The Modest Fitting will consider order cancellation requests made within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours the order is no longer eligible for cancellation but can be sent back within the return window for store credit.
- Unless the product page indicates that the item is not eligible for a return, your item(s) are eligible for a return in the form of store credit.
- Body Care items are not eligible for return.
- Your store credit refund will be the amount paid minus the original shipping & handling costs
- Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer
- Item(s) must be shipped for return within 5 business days of the delivery date. Items shipped for return after 5 business days will not be issued store credit and will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Store credit never expires
- Returned items must be unwashed, unaltered, with all tags intact. Garments with staining, deodorant residue, fragrances, or makeup will not be accepted nor issued store credit. The price to ship the returned garment(s) back to the customer will be at the customer’s expense.
- Items returned without the submission of a return notice (form below) will incur a $16.99 fee deducted from the store credit value.
